I am a Mexican self-taught gay artist, in a never ending path of learning, I think our existence in this planet is ephemeral so I need to create something that will prevail after I’m gone. I am inspired by the richness of color, form, shape, and harmony that gives beauty to our surroundings.
I am trying to express myself, to tell a story, to portray ideas, yearnings, fears and fantasies, all through painting.
I´m in pursuit of depicting the beauty of the human body, and as a gay artist, I’m focused on the male figure, trying to capture his erotic essence and surround it with a halo of fantasy, mysticism and even some danger, describing a story of seduction, pain and pleasure. Improving each day, discovering new techniques and approaches to do what I love the most.
